Data Security & Retention

Google APIs and Limited Use

Conversa’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us relating to our privacy practices, please contact our customer service or legal department. Most disputes can be resolved that way. If we can’t resolve our dispute that way, we hope you'll agree to mandatory individual arbitration of disputes as explained in the Terms of Use. The parties shall use their best efforts to settle any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising out of or relating to the subject matter of this Privacy Policy directly through good-faith negotiations, which shall be a precondition to either party initiating arbitration. If such negotiations do not resolve the dispute, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in San Diego, CA.
